30-day money-back guarantee
ORBIT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Foundations, Builder, and Elite). If you're not satisfied with your membership, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund it. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all ORBIT orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email us at support@web3orbit.org and we will arrange the refund for you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period, after which your Discord and Telegram access is removed. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund — cancelling on its own does not automatically refund the current period.
